The LH with Rotary Table Series is a 4-axis machine which combines the measurement principles of metrology and the flexibility of a coordinate measuring machine.

The ground-level design of the LHF enables outstanding access to a large measuring volume with optimum feedom of movement. All materials used for structure and guideways have the same thermal performance.The LHF requires an inherently stable foundation to provide its specified metrological performance.

Air bearing guideway systems in all axes ensure wear-free operation and optimal guide characteristics in the LH Gantry.The same thermal performance in all axes is guaranteed by means of a base plate, bridge and Z ram made of dark grantie. The rigid construction together with the dual drive of the Y-axis also guarantees the best possible dynamics shile maintaining stability.
