A REVO® system delivers the ultimate performance contact scanning and surface finish analysis on a single CMM.
REVO® uses synchronized motion and 5-axis measurement technology to minimize the dynamic effects of CMM motion at ultra-high measurement speeds. The use of a flexible tip-sensing probe system further adds to the system's accuracy and flexibility. REVO’s infinite positioning capability guarantees optimal feature access, minimizing stylus changes.
High speed 5-axis scanning can be performed with styli up to 500mm in length and 3-axis scanning with styli up to 800mm in length.
