As Aircraft Wings get longer so do WENZEL CMMs and the need to quarry even larger Granite Blocks. A one-piece Granite Plate 8000mm in length bridge style CMM recently installed at a Wing Spar manufacturing facility by Xspect Solutions. Note the wireless WENZEL Teach Pendant on the granite plate negating the need for the CMM user to be tethered to the CMM controller by cables.
