Preventive testing and comprehensive management

Upon Hyatech’s requirement, WENZEL provides the 5-axis high-speed measuring solution : LH 1210 high-precision coordinate measuring machine with REVO high-speed 5-axis stepless scanning probe. On the premise of  high quality assurance, this solution conducts precise measurement to ensure the dimension and specification of the parts are qualified and convert the process of quality control from inspection to prevention, from blocking to unplugging, which leads to comprehensive quality control.

The acceleration/deceleration caused by the non-linear movement of the coordinate measuring machine will distort and deflect the machine structure. Besides, the measuring error caused by such dynamic displacement becomes more obvious when the measuring speed and acceleration go up. The high-speed and precision REVO probe requires a very precise mechanical structure, which is just the WENZEL LH1210 high-precision measuring machine';;s characteristics. Its axis is made of granite, which is vital to the high precision equipment. The granite structure can guarantee the same thermodynamic characteristics.
